What is the Storytelling Teacher?

The Storytelling Teacher
Mo Reynolds is not just an entertaining storyteller, she is also an engaging teacher. She has been a K-8 Librarian and taught at the Junior High, High School, and Collegiate levels. Storytelling has been proven to improve memory and comprehension and is a tool that sparks imagination and builds connection with a wide range of content. Mo has created a storytelling program that every school and family can use to enrich the lives and learning of children they love.

A.J. Hammel, Whitefish High School
"Mo Reynolds is amazing....Because of the hype of having a professional story-teller coming to class and then the fact that word travels fast, the first set of students participated and shared with their friends who then enthusiastically attended the second session. I can't wait to work with her again.

Julia Hanson, Eureka Elementary School
I love it when Miss Mo comes. I don't even have to plan a lesson. She does everything!

Workshop Participant, University of Kansas
"Wow. My idea of storytelling has completely changed in coming here today."

Megan Hicks, National Storyteller
"Mo braids her folktales and personal stories together with wit, understatement, humor, and heart. From little kid to great-grandparent, she’ll take her listeners to familiar places they’ll experience in wonder-filled new ways"
